I went off the pill Dec. 10th, had my period the 14th through the 19th. So, I'm not sure when I would be ovulating. I did have the "egg white" cervical mucus about a week ago. Does that mean I did ovulate or can you have that and not be ovulating? Thanks for your help!

After coming off the pill your cycles may be messed up for a few months, this is normal. Some women ovulate right away and some take several months or more. Yes, you can have egg-white cervical mucus and not ovulate--your body is trying to ovulate but just can't quite get there. The best way to know if you ovulated is if your period comes 10-16 days after when you think you ovulated. Also, if your cycles were pretty regular before going on the pill then you will probably be regular pretty soon after coming off the pill. Good luck!
