Absolutely not. I am not fond of the current administration, but in no way are they comparable to the Nazis.

Do you really think you'll accomplish anything by saying such extreme things that people will immediately harden their beliefs? I'm surprised you haven't attracted reponses from people who are offended by everything yet.

I'm all for asking any question you won't though, and not being condemned for it. No, Bush has not acted in a way comparable to Hitler - he has not led a genocidal campaign against an ethnic group, and did not start a war that claimed tens of millions of lives.

Republicans are nothing like Nazis - in fact Democrats and Republicans are basically the same. Democratic Presidents and Congresses have sought to intervene in foreign nations for various reasons (remember Kosovo?) There was a time when being a Conservative meant being opposed to participation in world affairs, and in fact in the 2000 election Bush specifically spoke out against "nation-building," the type of thing we've been trying to do in Iraq for nearly 4 years.

Both parties include many lying scumbags whose only goal is power. They will say and do anything to attain it. But nothing either party has done is comparable to what the Nazis did - although throughout the Cold War we followed the Mutually Assured Destruction doctrine, which would have far outdone the Nazis. The important difference is we never followed through.

Anyway, if you want to get people to think about the problems facing this nation, and to try to solve them, try to avoid the overly inflammatory remarks (unless you know you are talking to people who are not easily offended - tough to find these days).

It is fortunate for you and for the world that there is not a majority of Americans with your views. If your views had prevailed, say, a hundred years ago, the U.S. would likely no longer be a liberal democratic republic, Europe--especially eastern Europe--would not be free, worldwide economic wealth would be a fraction of what it is, and more. The same holds true for the present--if you and your ilk were in the majority, the demise of the US as the greatest nation on earth would be just a matter of time.

To compare Guantanamo to concentration camps is spectacularly ignorant, and demeans the horrific experiences of those who actually did suffer and die in concentration camps.

You charge that Republicans 'oppressed the poor and middle class'. How so? Has involuntary servitude been reinstituted and I missed the news story?

There are plenty of legitimate criticisms of Bush and Republicans, which one could productively forward and defend in an intelligent manner. One need not resort to slander and name-calling.

What is sad is that you apparently do have an IQ higher than a rat or dog--demonstrated by your ability to write--but you employ it in such a fashion as to be a disgrace to your fellows and a danger to the rest of us.

My god do you take medication to drop you IQ that low?

1) I am middle class and I can tell you I am far from oppressed.
2) That Imperialistic war was fought because the UN was to corrupt to actually follow though with the laws they established. Sorry to disappoint you, but the UN is a flawed and weak creature. they took the oil meant to feed the poor of Iraq so Saddam could live in luxury, yeah they are a swell bunch of fellows.
3) 1 of those prisons has been around a hell of a lot longer than bush, so obviously he didn't build them, and forgive me but i don't see trainloads of Muslims being sent to ovens or am i mistaken?
4) gee, I guess Saddam was running pleasure palaces with his two happy go lucky sons, and its a bunch of lies how they raped, killed, mutilated and made people disappear. I guess the fact we feed them, give them health care, don't actually kill them and allow them to worship is unimportant.... I see what you mean we are soooooo evil.
5) I keep hearing about these civil liberties that have disappeared and yet I don't see a single one gone, can you name any that have gone? last time I checked I still have freedom of speech and the right to protest... please fill me in on what exactly I have lost? Oh the right to privacy i hear some shrill voice screaming in the wilderness... well Lets see, they only start looking in on you if your doing something illegal, Being ignorant isn't a crime so your safe, but considering your question you might be on some substances you don't want the feds to know about so i can see why your concerned.
6)this one makes no sense, you are trying to compare the repubs to Nazis and you make a personal insult. OHHHH now I see your point.... You are trying to show how dumb they are by not making any kind of connection to your own argument and by putting in the incorrect hyphen in the term IQ's, I see... clear as glass now.
7) The values? First off smart guy Rome is what is generally referred to as a republic so I guess your right there. as for the other two... lets see, Secret police that raid homes and keep the people in fear constantly? nope... A ban on all religions and the imprisonment of religious heads.... No not there either.... A systematic plan to kill off every one who opposes them politically.... wow cant find that either... you know I really cant find the similarities...

WOW... so the answer to your inane, ignorant, insulting and just plain dumb question is.... No.... there is no semblance between Hitler and Bush, the only similarities exist in the minds of twisted sad and deranged people who are bitter, angry and Pissed that the world does not exist in their image.

Here is an idea, go back to reading the conspiracy websites and discussing the wonderful world we could have if we were all communists while sucking down lattes at your local Starbucks.

I personally am glad I live in the states vs. any where else in the world. And although it's flawed it is still the best damn game in town, that's why people from all over the world come here. Who exactly is running to Iraq? of yeah guys who want to die... how appropriate.

Have a great day and get suck down that boiling hot Coffee really fast just for me... Thanks.

No!! I have to admit, Bush is not a great president, but he did not do anything worse than taking all Jewish people and killing them! By the way, all presidents go down in history for something. If you look on the internet or even a book, you can find information on every single president.

No argument that he is a hideous evil person, but to attain the status of "crueler than Hitler" he will need to get a little more than 5 million more people killed.

He already has a good start on the first million.

Points 1-7 are outright lies.
1. On the contrary the poor and middle class are doing better now than any other point in history.
2. The war in Iraq is not about land conquest. It is not The US intent to annex Iraq into an "empire".
3. Prisons are not concentration camps.
4. Marines are on trail as we speak for torture.
5. Our civil liberties are still in tact. You posted this rant didn't you.
6. My I.Q is listed at 139. I am a member of MENSA
7. The Romans, at the end of their Empire, held liberal beliefs.

If Bush goes down as worse than Hitler in history then history is screwed up.

Bush may not be a guy I agree with. But he's not Hitler. Stop demonizing anything you don't like. You're just as bad as those idiots who think Bush is 100% right all the time.

For someone who criticizes intelligence. You obviously need to work on grammar!

(Crueler???? NOT A WORD!)

Wow...Rhetoric right out of the liberal handbook. Go back to cooking your french fries you need the practice as it will be the best job you will ever hold. Come back when have an original thought. I will close this with one of my favorite axioms of truth from the great Maha Rushie himself...

Whenever you defeat a LIBERAL in the arena of ideas..they always resort to name calling.

Liberals are so predictable they are starting to bore me.
