Sure .It is one of the Bush unjustified War against Iraq achievement,and the war against Lebanon lead by Israel and supported heavily by Bush.

It will likely depend on what region they live, I think they would have been in a very unsafe position before the war, but I think they would be a tiny bit more at risk now, due to more kidnappings and suicide bomber attacks around built up areas.

Honestly, I doubt they ever have been safe in reality. I don't see how anything could make it worse. I don't believe it has.
