It can be done, but I'm not sure that you should.
Companies who take the time to block non-work related sites usually have software that will track your web activity. Is MySpace worth your job?

Are you crazy or do you not like working for the place you are working for?
As a Network Engineer myself I can tell you that you are messing with fire. Do your job and then go home and play. It may not be fair to you, but who signs your paycheck?
I have had the displeasure of walking a few people out the door because of this stuff.

Also if you wanna look up ohter ways to, look up surfing proxy on google or an search engine, then you'll get websited that are private search engines and no one can see where you are going, I used it at my school, they blocked evrything, but when they found out about this web sight they blocked it to, hehehe. But um there is another websight where you need an account and that one will be easier not to notice but i forgot what it was called, Anyways this one works!
