I tried to hook up with a friend of my boyfriend when things weren't going well between us. Luckily, as it turns out, nothing happened & the bf and I worked things out.
Of course you're not proud of your "secret", but I'm sure you learned from it and can say that it would never happen again. I'm assuming you had an abortion? Also something you can learn from and never do again!
