hi.. You can purchase vellum paper on line as well.Just search for art supplies, bunch of sites will come up.One for ex. is www.dickblick.com > on the left go to >> papers/boards >> then drafting/layout papers.. I normally purchase this kind of a stuff at store named "Pearl" > www.pearlpaint.com (paper/pads >> vellum pads) but I do not know where You live to recommend a location. On this site try to click on store finder and see if you have one where You live.Pearl is fairly inexpensive for every supply You can find for any kind of Art > it is like a warehouse, a lot to choose from. My favorite place!!You have one sided or double sided vellum, I'm sure there is more types, also thickness difference > but one sided is matte one one side and sort of shiny on the other > so you wouldn't be able to write on that side, the double sided is matte on both sides, sort of like a frosted look.. You can by them per sheets which is around $2 or so (I know:) You probably know or just get a pad > which can come out to around even $60 depending on size, but they have their own Pearl brand which is always cheaper than all the others and just as good. As for a store try to search on the net for painting art supplies sort of type, they ussually carry all that. And hopefully You find one in Your town.
Well hope this helps and good luck!!

Go to any art store or office supply stores. Vellum, in the end, is just tracing paper.
