Certainly you mean people not peoples.well if you mean a specific nations in particular they are many..Afghans,Sikhs,Some Pakistanis some Arabs & some africans.But most of them are inhabitants of countries with hot climate.They usually use the turban as head cover to protect against the sun heat but has become part of the national dress in some countries.I dont think there is any original nationals of North America who wear turbans because there is no need to do so wheatherwise.

well sikh men are told by thier guru to not cut their hair...since they get really long the relegious ones usually wear turbans...otherwise culturally all the way from iran to bangladesh...turbans have been part of the traditional head dress
