Run the scan and then let it fix it.

Sometimes those trojan's need a reboot and a cleaning from there. Look up the virus/trojan on your favorite antivirus web page for specific removal instructions.

I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at

1) Read the first link below for the names of files created by the trojan
2)Disable system restore (in XP or ME), boot in safe mode and delete the mentioned files from hard disk and keys from registry. The second link details about this procedure. Read only the steps applicable
Boot normally and enable system restore after the cleaning process is over

try to install a anti-virus program, or something but be careful trojan virus's are dangerous
