What do you think all the female teacher sex scandals going on in USA and why do we treat them differently?

I mean if this were a male teacher having sex with a female student the guy would be labled a pedophile and get hard time in jail but if a woman's doing it all she gets is at the most her liscense revoked and probation. Maybe some jail time but not the same as a man would get. You don't need physical upper body strength to have sex with a student whether it's male or female. I can't believe most people today think it's perfectly ok for a female teacher to have sex with male students or even turn it around and say the female teacher is a victim because she is a woman. It just seems to me like society is saying this:"If your a man and you have sex with a female student your a pedophile and are going to be in jail for a long time but if your a female and havng sex with a male student your a victim and therefore aren't held accountable for your actions because your a woman". I mean where is the fairness in this whole thing? How is the female teacher any less a pedophile than a man?

What about the 14, 15, 16 year old boys or younger who are now tramatized for life? And will end up looking down on women later on as adults? What about the boys who are violated by their female teachers and now have babies by those female teachers to raise? How is this justice for them? Don't they matter at all? Or do they not because the female teachers "can't force a male student to have sex?" I seriously think the government and society as a whole needs to seriously think about making same sex schools for girls and boys so this doesn't happen ever again. No boys or male teachers in girl schools and the same vice versa.

You raise an excellent point! The reason is that people are hypocrites and liars. We damn men but reward women for promiscuous behavior. A non studly male cannot have sex by today;'s standards but everyone else can. And people wonder why there is so much anger today. I would go into it more if I weren't so darned tired. But yuo riase a good point. Everyone is on the lookout in some paranoid spree against guys who don;t fit today;s suit because no one wants to see him have love, pleasure and happiness but for everyone else it is fine. Yeah, people are pigs. I am not condoning any such behavior. I soundly reject these people and their actions but that should be applied fairly and equally across the board.

i think society views this differently then if it were a male teacher doing it with one of the girls.
i think that the law and the courts are treating the same.

honestly there were lots of f teachers that i would have loved to have sex with wow .
i dont think the boy is going to tramutized he will most likely wear this as a medal for the rest of his life even though there will be times he will keep the medal hidden.
this makes me wonder about the girls maybe it is the same for them and we are freaking out too much about this all .
i know when i was in school there were a number of girls that told me that liked lusted after this one male teacher.
the real problem is that the teacher is in a postion of authority and trust as that is a part of her his job.
i know that at the high school i went to a teacher married a student well a former student . the two had been seeing each other while she was still a student and the story is that they did not have sex while she was a student in high school . very shortly after she was done high school they were married and
the teacher and the student are fine and the teacher still teaches and all .
at the high school level the age diffeance is not so much or at least it can be very little .
there is too the chance that 10 years or less is all that is different from the student in public school and the teacher.
all in all this is a wierd thing because i think a great many of the people had as students wished and still wish they had got it on with the teacher. that makes the idea of punishing the teacher harder. maybe the answer is that if the parents of the student and the student think its ok then it should be allowed i dont know
so hard we are not to judge yet it seems we must have laws and standards . i think the right answer might be that charges agaist the teacher should be layed only if after 1 full year has passed since the matter was learned of does the student wish to have the teacher charged . only then should a charge to laid
kind of seems odd but that might be the real true fair honest thing to do .

Teachers have a union and that is why they are mostly protected and all their scandals are tucked under the rug, unless someone does some major squawking to the press. The majority are woman, so they know what strings to pull. People, like my folks, think teachers are demi gods and can do no wrong. In olden days women were always supposed to be the responsible ones.. and men were the dirty dogs.. its not that way any more.

They are treated differently and it is wrong,on the other hand if a couple of my teachers wanted to have sex with me when i was 15 I would have been all for it and I would not think I was abused.
