As long as none of the other dictators cross the U.S. we could care less about the crimes against humanity they commit. There can be genocide, mass executions, no civil rights but as long as you don't try anything against us, you're in the clear. That's the truth. Just look at WWII. It wasn't until after Pearl Harbor that we decided to take up arms and save the millions of Jews that were being slaughtered.

The lure of power and wealth is far too strong to keep this from happening. People tend to disbelieve they could be caught and tried for their crimes. The idea that "If nobody catches me, I didn't do anything wrong" is pervasive these days. Wonder where that idea comes from...

Seriously doubtful it will deter anyone. It is nothing more than justice.

NO.... saddam will become a hero for terrorists around the world against america!!!!!

i don't disagree that Saddam should some day answer for the atrocities he has committed.... i just question the timing and the backlash of violence against america that it will bring!!!!!!

i don't think killing anybody has ever solved a thing!!!!!

No , never, when dictators are in power, they think they will live forever hence they do bad things. Botha, Hitler, Burnham, Sadam, Idi Amin, were all dictators who terrorized their people and look what happened to them. They died violently, .I f you live by the sword, you will die by the sword.
