"You reap what you sow".
You can always flip burgers for the rest of your life at Burger King, they don't require college education.

You might try rewarding yourself for studying. Find something that is motivating, like food, drink, or something similar, and only allow yourself to have it after a specific amount of time. I used to study for an hour, then take a break and get coffee (which is very motivating for me), then go back to studying for an hour, and repeat. It's good to go with a friend who can enforce the rules you set out. After a while, you may find that you look forward to studying, because you get a special treat when you're done.

honestly, I have the same problem. What usually helps me is if I go somewhere where there is nothing to do but study. No TV no food no computer no music nothing but study. I always make sure I'm sitting up or else I'll fall right asleep. I would preferably study where there are no windows because then i let my mind wonder.

You need to go to the library. That is the best place to study because everyone is in the moment or time of study...
Try not to study at home where family and friends bug you every hour.. A good library which you find your spot...
Then, you take your breaks etc......

Go to a cool coffee shop or something. That's what I did every day from 8am-12pm before classes. That method got me through 4 years of Psych! Make studying and getting good grades a game. After every good test grade, paper grade or whatever treat yourself to something nice. Good luck, don't worry, you'll make it!
