If your copying from an one internal HDD to another internal HDD then just copy and paste all files at once and you should be ok.

Though if your copying to an external HDD it is best to do them in small batches like all albums starting with A then B, C and so on, as i was once copying from and internal HDD to an external HDD once and found that it used to crash if i tired to copy everything in one go, Doing it the way i described above worked fine for me though.

unfortunately you havent given details,......if it is from a IDE drive to a new SCSI drive, then yes you can but if it is an external USB drive then no i'm afraid......

There is no easy way as such, all you need to do is copy paste in batched or directories coz otherwise it will take a very long time to copy them first then a long time to paste them.....if you do them in batches then it would be faster...

Hope that helps!

You can drag and drop, but if they are connected via USB cables
then bring your lunch because you'll be there a while.
