Its not fair that other people are honest enough to go rent the movie either but they do! Quit your whining! I also hope that in your ignorance to use these sites someone sends you the mother of all viruses!

1. Only Download one torrent at a time
2. Cap your upload speed. If using azureus, use autospeed plugin
3. Try the usual things for speeding up internet connection (clearing temp internet files cookies etc)

Do a upload and download and speed test at pcpitstop.com, change to Azureus and set it accordingly. Also choose torrents with more seeders. I have a 8mb connection and can hit speeds of 400kbs+. Can have a 700mb film in 1hr or less.

there is an option in Bit torrent that limits the upload speed/bandwidth on the line where you can specify the limits that should solve the problem../.....i'm sorry that i am not overly familiar with the menu because it has been a long time since i used Bit torrent last.......
