when i came to canada, i was 15 i lived with my stepmom and my dad. then i met her side of the family. when i met them i fell inlove with on of them. but i dont think he is really related to them. my stepmom's sister got married to a man that had a son before. so she grew him from he was a baby. he's the one that i am inlove with,he knows this. but i dont know if he likes me. i think he does. we went to a christmas party and i saw him looking at my chest. is this wrong .

First, almost all guys look at girls chests. It doesn't mean they like you. What they like are boobs! It's a habit and one you'd better get used to cause it's gonna happen on a daily basis.
It's not wrong to have strong feelings for this person. The only way they are related is through your step-family.Be prepared though, your family may think it's weird.
