I haven't worn foundation in about three years actually. I just found that I could never find the right tone to match my skin - it was either too dark, too grey or too light. I also noticed that my skin felt very irritated - and trust me I've tried mannnny kinds of foundations - from department store brands to drugstore labels. It made me look cakey and by the end of the day looked very oily. I also experienced a lot of breakouts while using it. I also tend to rest or lean a lot on my hands during the day so I would often find makeup on my hands, clothes,...etc. The best decision I ever made was to stop using foundations. Now all I use is a Physicians Formula bronzer and my skin is fine - a lot healthier, smoother and no breakouts - then again I also take care of my skin but I look a lot better not using foundation then when I did.

I very rarely wear a liquid or cream foundation. Instead, I put concealer on any spots that need hiding, then I use a powder foundation (I use MAC Studiofix) but applied very lightly with a brush, as you would pressed powder. It's a lot less makeup to have on the skin and it looks more natural.

I use to wear foundation all the time last year until i realized that is actaully looks cakey and made me break out a little too but not too bad. I switched to covergirl powder foundation you should try it. Its the perfect mix with foundation and powder. Its very creamy and smoothe but not pure liquid.
Hope I helped!!!

I did. I couldnt wear it. It made my skin break out so bad. So what i do know is i use physicians formula cover up. Then i put physicians formula bronzer over that so blend it. The reason i say physicians formula is because that works best for my skin and doens't make me break out.

I am not wearing any now. This is because I am tired of applying it in the mornings. Also, my skin looks great, so why should I bother? I use a bronzer instead to get some color. That is all-

I've stopped wearing it a few years ago and haven't worn it since. I just can't stand how it feels on my face and knowing that it's doing no good to my skin.

I do that all the time. It's healthy to let the skin breathe.
