I have not been paid rent for December and it's the end of December. They are acting like they arent going to pay until they decide to move. What are the Tenant Landlord Laws in NYC? Please Help?

wait 30 days if norent get lawyer to get on the case as soon as possible .do not confront them or give any indication of your intentions.if you want them out do not take any rent from them and wait till case is up .judge will them give them another 30 days to leave after that the marshalls will then clear them out. the less you says the shorter it will take .in nyc some tenants do this for a living good luck

Give them 30-day WRITTEN notice. Then you can forcibly "detain" them.
