What is the different between a vented dry and a ventless dryer? what is the vent used for? and what are the cons of a ventless?

A vented dryer has a tube and a vent to the outside of the building. The moisture is vented outside.

The ventless is advantageous when the building you are installing the machine in does not have a vent installed.

Never heard of a ventless dryer and then found this first hand account of another discoverer that explains the difference between conventional air exchanger & condenser ventless types. Even a machine that both washes and dries using water!
