There are so many good names,,do you want the initials to spell something or not?
Do you have any family names from years ago that might fit nicely? "cause Savannah and Anastasia are such old fashioned names.
Your last name would make a difference also,,you'd want it to flow smoothly off the tongue.
Savannah Marie and Anastasia Elaine sound good together.
or if you think she'll take her future husband's name, you could go without a middle name, she could use her maiden name for a middle name.
How about Elijah Dean or Ethan Anthony ? Ethan is a powerful name, sounds like someone in charge. Elijah sounds like a follower.

It really depends on the last name. For a boy David, Ryan, Matthew, I personally like Varick. Girls Madeline. Very nice midlle name.
