1. Put down bathroom mats that can be washed
2. Make sure he has enough cover
3. Add a night light so you don't step on him during your visits in the night
4. Wash the bath mats weekly

My BF did this for a few months. It may mean he has an addiction he doesn't want you to know about. My BF was majorly depressed and practically lived in there for an entire winter. I finally told him to go see a doc or find somewhere else to waste his life. You need to straight out ask him why he is doing it and let him know it bothers you.

change ur room floor , and make it the same as ur bathroom maybe he gonna enjoy to sleep in the room :)

Ask him why he likes it. Is it the tile floor he likes? Because it feels cool? Is it that it's a small room? Is it because you snore too much?
If his answer is something you can replicate in the bedroom, by all means do so.

Stop cleaning the toilet so it gets really smelly in there. Then he will have to clean the bathroom himself (a plus!) or move somewhere else, unless he likes the smell of old fecal matter and pee.

maybe he likes the bathroom floor because it is cooler. you should also ask why he sleeps there. it may be something simple like he gets too hot in bed
