I guess it is a matter of personal taste. They both have good public transportation. I think that for every day use by locals Portland has the best system. On the other hand Settle has a better public transportation for visitors. Like free downtown buses, the monorail, waterfront trolley and the West Seattle Water Taxi, guests can see the Seattle Center, central business district sights, Pioneer Square, Waterfront, International District and Pike Place Market.

Seattle. And John you answered my question about the water powered car. I would like you to know I am not an idiot ok. Did you even look at the site www.waterpoweredcar.com? The man made a car that ran on its own with its own small amount of battery power to fracture the water to get the hydrogen on demand. No power plant needed just its own alternator. Thats why I am making a big deal about it. They poisoned him in 1998. And no the goverment would not jump at the chance to get us off oil. You are so naive. You know how much lobbying money goes to inbred government higher ups from big oil? Lots! Bush and the gang profit from oil HUGE. If someone brought out a free clean energy source like this they would kill them and thats what they've done. Daniel Dingel a man in the Phillipines has turned 100 cars over his life to do the same thing. His president said he would love to bring it out but the World Bank (criminals) wouldn't allow his country to go against big oil. Believe that.
