how about:
"hi this is (insert name here) sorry I can't answer my phone, but I'm busy right now. Leave your name number & message & I'll call you back as soon as I can. Thanks. Bye!"

HELLO PAUSE A SEC THEN SAY HELLO AGAIN
THEN WITH A BIT OF AGGRAVATION IN YOUR VOICE SAY HELLO IS ANY ONE THERE THEN SAY HA HA GOT YA YOUR TALKING TO MY MACHINE LEAVE A MESSAGE
MAKES YOUR CALLERS FEEL REALLY DUMB CAUSE THE WHOLE TIME YOU MACHINE IS SAYING HELLO THEIR TALKING TO NOONE AND IF YOU SCREENING CALLS YOU GET A GOOD LAUGH
