I have a greenlee ratchet cable cutter with the number 97A on it and i need parts any help?

You should be able to contact Greenlee customer support- they will tell you whether a local repair shop can repair your cutters, or if you need to send them back to Greenlee. I have included the Greenlee customer support website below;
