Well, if you don't have any experience with HTML code, there are programs that help you doing that and let you only worry about design and content. If you want one of the programs use the web page maker http://www.webpage-maker.com/ . I'm sure you'll like it and find that is very usefull. Luck.

First, you have to find someone to host your site, and you need to get a domain name (www.>sirpaul896<.com...sirpaul896 is the domani name. Also, that was just an ex., not an acctual site). You may also need to learn HTML a bit, or get free software to do it. If you are not willing to spend a lot on your website, www.piczo.com is a great choice because of the simplicity of it. No HTML required! Very, very easy sign up, easy to upload pictures, and you can also add movies, hosted by a site like youtube. You have a profile page and then you can add all the page you want to it later. The name will appear as www.sirpaul896.piczo.com, and you get to choose your own :)
Note to rancidg3n0c1d3: HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language

Try webmonkey.com for some tutorials on how to create a website. It involves a code called HTML, which is sort of like a new language. The basics are quick and easy to learn. Good luck!

For a beginner i'd recommend a free web site builder. Such as Geocities or angel fire. Angel fire will require a little bit of HTML language though. ( hyper text mailing protocal )

yep. easiest way is to go find a free webhost like geocities. if you want to learn the REAL way and not the EASY way then you should also learn HTML and code it yourself, but if you dont want that then there are plenty of editors that do it for you.
