I would say better only because you could be prepared for it. You could make sure to have everything you wanted to accomplish before your death completed. You would live each day to the fullest and make every moment count. I know we all try to live our lives like this anyways just in case but we sometimes get so wrapped up in unimportant things or more accurately less important things that we forget to...I know since my son was born I live my life differently because I want to make sure to enjoy every moment I have. There are so many things in life that we take for granted that could be taken away from us so easily...

Well if it was soon then worse but if it was a long time in the future and there was no way you could change it then that would be great because you could live your life absolutely not worrying about death and when it finally came you would have accepted it.

Both would stink to know. Worse is the time. That means from here for example 12:00 A.M is the time you die but what is the date that could be tomorrow or decades from now.

Considering how no one can predict the future with ANY degree of accuracy, I fail to see why you would be asking this question. However, for the sake of speculation, I'd say it is better to NOT know the time/date of your death simply because you won't be worrying and hyper-tense about dying tomorrow.

I think its bad to know when you will be dying because it will keep you from living your life, and without fear. But knowing that your time will eventually come would, hopefully, help you to live your life the best you can and not take anything for granted. If you know when your going to do, you will try to rush things because there's so much you wanna do and you won't have time to actually stop and take a look around, enjoy or think about it. Even if I my time were to come tomorrow, I would still rather live today not knowing and be happy and enjoy myself.

Better and worse. It's better because if you know then you can prepare and visit everyone you know and all things like that although it could be worse because then you don't know when you will die and it could be bad not saying all your goodbyes. Why do you want to know anyway?

I really don't want to know the date/time of my death. I think it would just put me in a major depression, especially as the time got closer.

great question! I don't know which is better, to know or not to know but i can tell you what i prefer. I would rather not to know. I could not handle knowing the date. And when it was approaching i would bug out. Think about what death-row convicts have too deal with. They know and they bug out. I mean how can you not? Your about too take the biggest step in any life! That is to die!

Ugh, I would never want to know! I would just be counting off the days, and not really living my life.

The only thing I would be OK with knowing is if I am going to live a normal length/long life....but only if the answer is yes!

I would think worse. I think this because if you die when you'll die you'll always be trying to prevent what you are going to die from, which would create a lot of stress perhaps leading to an even earlier death.
