it is actually a concrete mixer. cement is just an ingredient in concrete like flour is an ingredient in cake. just some FYI for ya.

lol! They're wearing their makeup wrong!!! The proper way to wear makeup is when you can't tell you're wearing any, you just look naturally pretty. (I'm a makeup artist, you have to see what people try to do to their faces!)
