i am the adult here and i dont remeber how to fix the controls all the kids move out

You parents have to change them. They are more then likely the administrator and the only ones that can make those changes.

The parental controls should not have applied to your account. I also have parental controls for my children's log-ins but not for mine. So, I don't understand why you need to remove the parental controls. Regardless, you should be able to call tech support and they can talk you through it.
