With your qualification getting a good job is not possible and you do MSc in Microbiology.
For BSc you search at local newspaper or place your self into a city if you are not. And there you can find a opprotunity.

This might be a huge leap, but my microbiology instructor worked with the Center for Disease Control. Just a thought! He was always telling us how he got to go to other countries for seminars or to help with outbreaks & research.
