Does pilling mean poor quality? How can I keep cheap sweaters from pilling less?

Wash them in cold water and lie flat to dry - don't put in the dryer. Also they make a battery operated remover. It is a hand held and has a blade inside that swirls around (with a cover) and you just run it along your sweater. It cuts off the pills and places them in the handle of the remover. So you just open it and put the fuzz in the trash when finished. It is easy and gets very close to the fabric without cutting it at all. I love them.

Pilling always happens when yo have a sweater. Try washing it a few times. That will reduce the number of pills. My mom has something called a sweater stone. It is like a volcanic thing with holes in it and when u rub it all over the sweater it takes off all the pills. Try to go online and find one or at some store.

Good Luck. :D

Yes, pilling means poor quality. Before washing, button or zip your sweaters & turn inside out. Wash on gentle cycle & never put in the dryer. I use a comb-like remover called, "d fuzz it sweater/fabric comb." I just input it & darned if it didn't come up on the internet! So you can order pronto!
