The sentence that begins with excellent should be a continuation of the preceeding sentence:

I have over five years experience providing administrative and clerical office support with excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills.

The next line just needs a qualifier (I think):
I am experienced in effectively arranging meetings as well as travel arrangements, and have extensive knowledge in the following software:

Your sentences seem to read choppy. Using "as well as "for a conjuction doesn't flow. Perhaps saying "Experienced in effectively
arranging meetings and travel arrangements" is easier to read. You might want to add what kind of arrangements, such as executive meetings and travel arrangements. You are very professional ..good luck

Word is wrong on this one. Your paragraph is fine. I'd add a comma after interpersonal.

These aren't sentences; they're sentence fragments with no subject. If you will enter them differently, perhaps in a list with no period at the ends, Word won't identify them as a problem.
