My son got his wedding rings there and they worked with him for financing and so on. They had a good experience.

Okay, here's a great story!
My friend got her engagement ring there. One day, she went to have something done to it. I think the white gold had to be rhodium plated or something like that. Anyway, she goes to pick it up, gets home and realizes they gave her the WRONG ring back! It was the same band, the same cut, but her diamond had a minor imperfection. When she examined the new ring closely at home, she realized it wasn't hers!!! She went back and they gave her back the correct ring, but HELLO! How can someone mix up rings? Isn't there a system in place for not doing that? Also, she had a problem with some earrings, but that story isn't as memorable as her ring story, so I forgot it.

My ex husband and i got our rings from there- and most of our jewelry. I never had a problem- always a good experience. The only thing that bugged me is that you have to get your jewelry inspected every 6 months or so for insurance purposes- and if you dont have your paperwork and you go to a different store- its hard for them to pull up your info. Not really a big deal- i just travel a lot. Overall i really like them.
