Yes (by another account, i hope you mean an email address you created for the fun of it.)
However, i've only spammed surveys, under the rule that they pay via paypal or check. Sometimes with multiple accounts.

I didn't know you could spam a forum that is always full, I try to post questions here and they never seem to get through, maybe it's all the spammers that make it that way. No I have not.
