True twins are genetically identical, therefore they are also the same sex. So they can't "make babies" in the first place.
If you mean a brother and sister born at the same time, they are not true twins, they just happened to be conceived at the same time. They would not be any more genetically similar than brothers and sisters of different ages. And that is incest anyways and should be avoided. A baby would probably just look a lot like them, but have a good chance of having a genetic defect that could have possibly been avoided had the parents not been so closely related.

Since each twin has two of each chromosome, or 23 homologous pairs (one from mother and one from father) and an egg or a sperm has one chromosome selected randomly from each homologous pair, the variety of eggs or sperms produced can be enormous. Add crossing over into the mix, and there's practically zero chance that the twins will produce eggs and sperms that are remotely alike.
If the family harbors a gene for a disorder or other trait, the two siblings will be more likely than the general population to produce a child with that trait since they are more likely to both have the gene, but it is not a given.

lets see if identical twins had intercourse that would be something to see because they would be the same sex. If fraternal twins procreated then the offspring would have a good chance of resembling somthing from a science fiction horror show like "the hills have eyes" Why did you get your twin pregnant?

most likely normal. the danger here is if both twins are carriers for some disease (they're only carriers, they don't actually have it), then the kids have a a 50% chance of getting this disease, 50% chance of being carriers. note that if one of the twins has intercourse with a non-relative, and the non-relative isn't a carrier, then the kids have 50% chance of being carriers, 50% chance of being disease-free. but then again, nobody knows for sure if the stranger is a carrier or not...

Non-identical twins who mate will not have offspring of the best genetics, to say the least.

in the case of a twins, both of they might inherite te same genetically inherited disease. but they both might be recessive of the disease gene, or one f them is recessive. the chances of their child has the genes that carry the disease and show dominant of it is higher if twins have babies.

Well, I don't think it will matter what they look like because if a brother and sister have intercourse, the family will have a history of retardation from that generation forward...
