In my opinion yes. Everyone has an equal opportunity to get and education; however, not everyone has an opportunity to an equal quality of education. Some schools are better off than others and that causes a disparity in the quality of education received. It comes down to the haves and the have nots. But if a person is really motivated to go out there and get that education then they can. The knowledge is out there. People need to be active participants in their education.

No ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! If you are a middle class white American you do not have the same opportunities as a black man or woman or a person below poverty level. It is very hard to survive financially when you are not given the same consideration as less fortunate or oppressed people. We have to struggle to pay for our education, others are given the opportunities because the State sees them as unable to afford it on their own...we aren't affording it either.

no not in most states but in the state of Georgia yes every one is entitle to a education
