I lost 70 lbs. I worked out at the gym during my lunch hour and came back and ate lunch at my desk. This way i was still getting home at night at the same time.
Or accept yourself. if he likes you the way you are then why not like yourself.
I am telling you, exercise is a very hard thing to start, but you can find 30 minutes in the day to go to the gym or work out at home. And it is addictive and fun once you get over the hump. Have you ever had an endorphin rush? better than drugs.. LOL The time it took you to type this question could have been your workout time. and on top of that you will sleep better at night sex drive will go way up and you will have a lot of energy during the day. not to mention you'll be cute like you want to be.
Good luck, things will work out.

I feel ya as I am a bit pudgy and man is losing weight. Don't doubt his love he sees you not the extra fat. Do some workouts at home and if you can join a gym. There is no way other than true sweat to work off the weight. I am in process but giving myself a year to do it! Remember guys are different than us gals after kids etc and metabolism change our bodies take longer to bounce back. Eat no junk and work out when you can even a walk around the block or playing with your son outside is some exercise! Feel better and know who you are is who your husband loves and cherish it!

Been there and understand that.
Do it for yourself.
15 minutes a day is all you need. Get an ipod and take a run or something. Watch what you eat.
Even if you have to lose 15 minutes of sleep each day by getting up a little earlier, you have to make time if you want to make a change. It isn't easy to start, but it is easy to maintain once you get past the first couple of weeks.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!
and count your blessings that you have such a cool husband.
Oh and see a doctor and get your bloodwork checked to see if you need to be on thyroid or an anti-depressant. Dr.s can teach you alot if you go to them and tell them what you want to do.

First of all you need to stop beating yourself up,and realize you are not unattractive to your man otherwise he wouldn't want to make love to you,he loves you and you are so lucky to have a man like that! You first need to Love yourself and respect your body the way it is,then you can focus on loosing the weight if that's what you want to do.And the time issue is just an excuse, everyone has 24 hours in a day, make healthier food choices, and that's even easier today with the already prepared foods,or just grab some fruits and veggies.Go for a walk, take the stairs instead of the elevator make small changes.Buy yourself some pretty negligee or nightgowns and forget your weight when your being intimate see yourself as the wonderful woman you are!

Well first things first. U being confident with ur body is a priority, because if u dont feel good about urself, it starts affecting all areas of the relationship. I would suggest trying to make urself happy, rebuild that confidence, start a diet. excell in a small routing workout, ,,there are a whole bunch of programs out there, that dont pull u off ur daily mom/wife routine chores. It sounds though u have a really mature, considerate husband that loves u for who u are.... And at the end, thats all that matters.

If being overweight makes you feel so insecure why don't you just lose the weight, You don't need time to go on a diet, there are plently of healthy diets you can do, and you should really do it for yourself, I lost 35 pounds recently but I did it for me and my health, believe me it did wonders for my self esteem too.

first off, hes obviously not grossed out, because he still wants you in bed. you should be glad your man isn't shallow. Second, go on a diet plan if you don't have time to exercise. i went on herba life, i loved it. you take pills ( all Herbs ) and you drink 2 shake mixes a day, then on your meal, you eat whatever you want to. its great, i lost 40 lbs and 7 dress sizes. And i have kept it off. Good luck, and keep your chin up

You don't have to go to the gym to lose weight. Get on a diet and exercise at home. This can be done because I done it myself. If your weight is bothering you you can do something about it.
