The same way his approval rating has hit record lows. It says a lot when a sitting President during a war has a lower approval rating than Nixon did during the height of Watergate.
EDIT: I pasted a link to the news about the villain poll. He also topped the hero poll, but by a lesser margin, imagine that.

We're so proud of George that its just unbelievable! I would have voted for him too. How can he not be Number 1? Look at all the deaths he's responsible for not to mention misery and suffering. Its a well-deserved honor.
