Wish is not appropriate.
You should say
"Have a nice day"
OR
"Have a great day"

You can say whatever you want in a text message. There is nothing wrong about saying "wish" in that context. If you are concerned about it, just say "Have a nice day."

you can add wish if you like, although the "wish" is implied, if you didnt want someone to have a nice day... you wouldnt have said it in the first place.
