I think it would constantly change. Once I achieve the "better me" as of this brief moment in time, it would change just as soon as I attain it. In other words, my definition of the "better me" is fluid and constantly changes. One day, if I'm feeling insecure, it might be more physical in nature, such as I need a set of 6-pack abs. Other days, the better me might be more spiritual in nature, such as I need to meditate more often. I hope this helps.
