They are bigger than normal so use them only if a standard is too tight for your to ejaculate. I use the Magnums and the XL's but my wife has a latex allergy so I have to use lambskin or Poly. I can only wear a Poly if I roll it on before I am fully charged. Use that as a guide, if you struggle into a standard try a magnum.
For fun here are the size equivalents:
USA - extra small.
Asian - Extra Large
Middle Eastern - GoodYear Blimp.

All my men use them. They're 14" long and 3" diameter. My current finds them a bit tight.
