i downloaded an arcade rom in zip format for the MAME32 emulator , i placed it inside my ROM's folder and audit all games then when i go back to select the game i can't play it it says....MAME32 error require files are missing,the game cannot be run...and it lists the files that it couldn't find.please explain....

MAME requires from one simple rom to requiring Bios files and chd files. Some require the base ROM file to play the newer versions of that game.
Also Some games are NOT WORKING they are still in the development stage of understanding how the origanal worked and then creating the emulation state of it to work properly in MAME.
If you provide more information such as what game rom you are trying to use and the error your reciving I will try to help you out more.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that maybe - just *maybe* - you may require some files that are missing.
