Newtons law. An object in motion tends to remain in motion, unless acted on by an outside force.
The fly is going 70 when he goes out the window. He (or she) now faces a 70 mile an hour wind once outside the confines of the car. Probably there is some wing damage followed by death on the pavement.

The fly catches the air wave and soars to a high observation position. After stabilizing its flight and determining what direction the fresh dung smell is coming from it alters course and heads out in search of a new meal. While burrowing into the dung it lays a few hundred eggs and within the DNA of these new maggot/flies is the license plate number and description of the car that evicted them. The instructions are to return and inhabit the interior of the car once again showing those humans who really owns this planet.

The same thing that would happen to a human except flies don't roll, and if caught in the way of another vehicle at the same level they are history.
