1 in 1000 women is born with 2 uteruses, it's more common than you would think. no it does not mean they have 2 vaginas

i have heard of two uteruses but not two vaginas also i have heard of a woman who had a ceaserian birth for triplets two babies was in the one womb(uterus)and the third was in the other

It's be entirely possible to have two vaginal canals, because two uteruses (uteri?) would mean two cervixes (cervi?). Or course, not all parts of the anatomy develop when you have such abnormal cases as more than one uterus.

see 2 uterus is a congenital defect
they may be assoscited with two vagina
but usually are not
