The simple answer is No blind people who have been blind from birth do not "see" images but rather experience collected sensory memories like moving,talking,sounds,senses and feelings or other sensations.These are all collected sensory input which the mind then replays in the subconscious.

As stated earlier, not if they were blind since birth. They haven't used these senses so they aren't used to it. I also think you should ask a blind person if you know one. I think it is hard for those who aren't blind to comprehend.

good question, I'm sure if they weren't born blind and lost their sight as they got older they do, but if they were born blind, then maybe they dont see in their dreams, but hear in their dreams.. if that makes sense...

my guess is yes because anyone can have dreams, theirs just might be a little different than a seeing person's dreams... i think you should ask someone that is blind...
