Pull back the trunk liner directly where the taillamp sits, inside the trunk. There should be small nuts, 3 of them, remove these and then pull the tail lamp assembly off the car. replace bulb and reverse procedure.

There is no "rear" blinker. There are two blinkers, one for the turn signals, one for the emergency flashers. They are located on or near the fuse box, under the dash.

If you have a rear light not flashing, chances are you have a burned out bulb. Change it.
