Yes and I'm like the only one who answered yes on this question. If celebrities were created to entertain us, and get to do whatever they want with their gads of money, why not fantasize about being them? Now I don't want people going all Hallmark and say,"It's not all it's cracked up to be...etc." Well I think everyone knows that and life it boring, why not try to think you're someone else for a change?

Except for Jessica Simpson, who would ever want to live vicariously through her stupidity is beyond me.

I never really thought of celebrities at all until I joined a gym. There is a bank of TV's by the treadmills and a magazine rack. I am astonished at how much time and ink is wasted on people like Anna Nicole Smith and Nicole Richie and Jessica Simpson. None of them has ever done a damn thing of consequence, yet every station broadcasts speculation on whether or not they got a boob job or dyed their hair...WHO CARES???

Not celebrities, per se, but great artists. I just watched a documentary last night about a great composer, and it moved me to consider what life would be like if you were a musical genius.

Having these thoughts doesn't make one a loser. Without these ruminations, one is what one is, either way. Maybe some are a little more open about it. That's all.

I believe in a sense we all do by keeping up with the latest fashion, the most popular alcohol to drink, the hottest vehicles to drive, etc.

No, I rarely even know what they are doing unless I overhear people talking about it. Couldn't care less.

no, but I do think about what they oughtta do.

I don't think I am living vicariously through them, but I think it is somewhat useful to see what is happening to them and what they're doing right or wrong!
