I have a friend who was born in America and her parents are Jamaican. She considers herself a Jamerican. She is a direct decendent of two Jamaican parents but a citizen of this country cause she was born here. I guess that would make you Jamaican right? Who cares. Your cool no matter what.

That is so stupid that's like when those dumbasss people say NewYorican. Your Jamaican American...not Jamerican. There is no such thing.

I'm not of Jamaican descent but can I still answer...?

Well, I think they would consider themselves "Jamaican-Americans".
But if they have a good sense of patriotic pride in the USA, then they'll just consider themselves "American" like most Americans do.

My parents weren't born in Jamaica, but anyone that is born in America or chooses to live here should consider themselves and American.

If they don't, they should leave and go live in whatever country they choose to call theirs.
