I believe the word is courage...not dumb. And what is it you want to say? Your freedom and right is there....are you courageous enough to use it? And what do you want to say? Does it have merit? Value? Will it help or hinder the world? Is it just the selfish need to be heard and recognized? Or is it something that could help others? Standing up takes courage. Make sure what you want to say is what you really want to be heard...otherwise you are wasting the right that others are dying for...

yes you have a right to free speech, but so does the next person. I was once told "My freedoms end where yours begin, and your my frredom begin where someone elses end" .
So when you open mouth, be sure your socks and shoes are clean, just in case you end up with your foot in your mouth.
