There's also Slough - a place in England, rhymes with how, and slough - a word with several pronunciations and even more different meanings!

If you meant with the whole word capitalised, then whoever said AIDS should get best answer! Although I suppose there's us and the US - but the US should really have full stops in it; U.S. so maybe that doesn't qualify...!!
