I went off the pill starting Dec. 10th, my period started the 14th, lasted till the 19th. .I'm not sure when my ovulation was supposed to be, but we've had sex most days since my period was over. For the last about 5 days, I've been really tired in the afternoons(fell asleep on the couch every day for the last 3 days), I've had headaches and been a little nauseus off and on, but not actually throwing up. Wishful thinking or could I be pregnant already?

If you use a "normal cycle" to go by (28-30 days between periods) then your ovulation wouldn't happen until about 12-14 days after the start of your last period. That would mean you should be ovulating right about NOW.

It is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. More than likely, you are experience hormonal imbalance from not taking the pills and your body is trying to adjust. If you want to know for sure when your highest fertility moments are, purchase an over-the-counter ovulation kit. They detect the hormone surge your body puts out right before you ovulate. Once the surge is detected - that's the time to "try for the baby"! Worked every time for us!

Don't forget, anything is possible. But, it sounds like you shouldn't expect another period for two more weeks. If you *are* pregnant, First Response or Answer Early always gave us our positive result the soonest. Be sure to take the test in the morning to get the most accurate answer.

Best of luck to you!

It would be too early to be having pregnancy symptoms already, you could be having those symptoms from going off the pill though. You should actually be ovulating around now (or a few days ago) though if your period was on the 14th. I would suggest keeping track of your periods now though, I went off birth control a few months ago and it was alot harder not having the pills there to tell me when I was suppose to get a period. I use this site www.mymonthlycycles.com

ok, firstly it is possible. you can have sore breasts, fatigue, headaches, and nausia early on within 6DPO. Check out http://www.twoweekwait.com check out early symptoms. DPO mean Days past ovulation if you didn't know. If you ended your period on the 19th you would have possibly ovulated on the 24th. IT seems a little early. You shouldn't be having symptoms till at least next week sometime. but every preg. is different and every woman is different. Check out that site that should help you a lot. good luck, and baby dust*

i think youll have to be really lucky to fall pregnant the same month you got off the pill. it really could be wishfull thinking.sometimes your body plays tricks on you.i also thought i was pregnant the first month after the pill , i even bought pregnancy mags. but i wasnt. am now though after 5 months of trying. but you also really could be but youll have to wait like every body else till your missed period (sometimes if you lucky a few days before) to do a pregnancy test. good luck.
