Who is at fault? The guy for not putting it down or the girl for not looking or paying attention to what she was doing and not taking a quick second to put it down herself? Interesting, am I to assume that men pay more attention than women?

The GUY!! I mean seriously, how many times do you have to ask to please put it down after they use it? They put it up.... they need to put it back down when they finish. We as women have so many other details that we HAVE to pay attention to, why should that responsibility be on US?
It is beyond the worst thing in the world when it happens to you in the middle of the night when you are half asleep.
Men.... Please be nice, have some respect...put the seat down. : P

I think most women should know by now that men don't put the seat down. So if you walk in there and sit without looking, it's your own fault. I've got two little boys with bad aim, I know this. So if I go in there and sit in pee it's my own fault. It's pretty much the same thing. Just look before you sit. Who walks into the bathroom backwards anyway? Didn't you see it before you sat down? I'm just sayin.

The girl is definitely at fault. She fell in, she should've checked before she sat down...I do it all the time!!! Not actually fall in, but my bottom slips down past the bowl. Men have to lift the lid EVERY time to pee, so we should put it down everytime we go too! It's only fair.

The girls fault. She should have saw that the toilet seat was down and she shouldn't be so skinny that she can actually fall into it.

It doesn't matter whose fault it is. The main problem here, for the guy, is that Suzie Q is not going to feel very amorous after such an event - and we all know what that means - - Handcuffs (Just kidding [Velcro is easier])

no. it means the man violated the common toilet seat law. this is a violation of any and all courtship agreements agreed upon with out words just common knowledge. by sleeping with a women you have agreed to always put the toilet seat down. as such, when you do not comply punishment shall be exacted by nagging you into your grave.

No, I continuously look in the previous I take a seat. the subject I even have whilst it includes men and lavatories is whilst they pee everywhere. the lads in my kinfolk continuously pee on the seat and the floor to boot.
