Are you active? You can't just eat less calories and expect to lose weight. What types of foods are you consuming? If you want to lose weight, choose healthy foods such as fruits, veggies, a little bit of protien and some whole grains. Cut out the junk food and start exercising. Exercising increases your metabolism, so your body will use more of the calories you consume instead of storing them. Also, you can try eating smaller, more frequent meals to keep your metabolism up.

Sweetie,if you want to lose weight you need to do more than eat less calories.First off you need to eat 4-6 small meals a day. That doesnt involve junk food or anything of that sort.Another thing, work out jog, walk,do taebo, anything to keep active.Alot of things that you can do are actually fun,and doesnt involve the dreaded boring "work out".The word "diet" i hate it,you say it and you can see fear in someones eyes.Dont consider yourself to be on a diet,or restrict yourself from having things you like, such as sweets.Everything is ok in moderation.Such as if you lose so many pounds or do so well for a week or two then reward yourself, but remember moderation.Only allow yourself to have so much, discipline yourself.Dont feel guilty about it as you earn it.If you do not discipline yourself or allow yourself to have that occasional piece of cake or that occasional chocolate you will end up eating more at once than you expected.Use it as a reward tool and in moderation it will work out well because the occasional sweet wont hurt you much.
A mistake many make is to go to the store hungry.Always make sure you are not "starving" when you go to the grocery store.Get items for a week, not just one meal.Odds are when you go back you will end up buying something that isnt necissarily good for you, same idea with going to the store hungry. You will buy whats quick when in reality it is full of stuff that isnt good for you.Make sure you do this healthy. This is why so many females have eating disorders, they feel they need to lose weight immediately, and resort to things that isnt healthy for their bodies. It will take time, you wont lose all the weight at once but over a period of time you will see awesome results. That is the best way to do it.Good luck hun,and have a safe and blessed new year.

i'm 5'9" and am a hundred twenty five lbs. I consume each and every thing that I see. I even have an exceedingly extreme metabolism. that's the reason lots of slender persons are the way they're. Metabolism performs an imprtant place on how a individual would look. people who've a decrease metabolism would desire to meed to consume wholesome and exercising extra.

Definitely exercise--I tried eating less to lose a few pounds but nothing seemed to happen for me either until I exercised. I hated to exercise but in my case that was the only thing that worked!! Good luck!!

Having a good diet is important, but you also have workout. Working out isn’t as easy as people think, you have to be very dedicated, and when you workout it has to be over 30 min. other wise it wont make a big difference.

are you active
see eating less calorie food is not the only thing
you may be taking excess of it
plus it will take time to drop
cant happen overnight
i mean we have damaged our bodies for years
